Winter Swim Classic

Archbishop Wood's Jaclyn Smith won the 200-yard freestyle in 2:02.56 and took second in the 500 freestyle (5:38.61) and 100 backstroke (1:05.18), and Megen Donovan won the 500 freestyle (5:30.34) and was second in the 200 individual medley (2:20.76) and 100 breaststroke (1:15.00) at the Winter Swim Classic, hosted by Stroudsburg High School.

Nicole Lydon took third in the 100 butterfly (1:07.85).

Smith, Donovan, Lydon and Christina Rios took second in the 200 medley relay (2:02.21), and Donovan, Amy Finn, Smith and Rios took third in the 400 freestyle relay (4:15.50).

For Wood's boys, Billy Langlois took second in the 100 butterfly (57.82) and third in the 200 individual medley (2:16.06).

Langlois and Jim Hurley, Brendon McGhee and Tom Whelan won the 400 freestyle relay (3:39.06).

The girls return to PCL action on Tuesday, hosting Archbishop Prendergast at 6 p.m., while the boys next swim on Thursday at St. Joseph's Prep at 4 p.m.
